Blood Bowl Comes to Swansea
Meep Bowl 2025 marked the first ever Blood Bowl tournament hosted at Common Meeple (www.commonmeeple.co.uk), a fantastic board-gaming venue in the heart of Swansea. Spread across two days, the event drew 19 coaches from across Wales and beyond, all eager to throw blocks, roll dice, and battle across six rounds of competitive play.
The venue itself proved to be an excellent host, friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a strong community vibe made the weekend feel both relaxed and competitive in equal measures, Common Meeple offered an ideal home for what will likely become a regular stop on the Welsh Blood Bowl calendar.
Part of the Welsh Tournament Series
Meep Bowl took its place as the penultimate event in this year’s Welsh Tournament Series, adding extra tension as coaches hunted for crucial ranking points ahead of the final event of the season.
